WELCOME, to C&S Healthcare Services.  C&S is a private duty home care agency licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services.  We are glad that you are interested in applying for a position with our company.

At C&S we require the following along with your completed application:

1. Valid Texas Driver’s License

2. Social Security card

3. Current copy of your private vehicle insurance

4. TB test results (Chest x-ray or PPD test)

5. Current CPR card

6. Professional license (if applicable)

We will process your application as soon as all of the required items are received.  Applications may be submitted anytime, however interviews are by appointment only.

Completing the application and having an interview with our agency does not constitute an offer of employment.
