CINDY HARTMAN, RN, BSN

DIRECTOR OF NURSING
Cindy holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has 30 years of clinical experience including: medical/surgical nursing, home health care and geriatric care management. Cindy served as the Director of Professional Services supervising all disciplines in five home health offices in the South Texas area. Prior to opening C&S Healthcare Services, Cindy owned and operated a home care consulting agency that provided compliance and regulatory management to home health agencies. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, The Houston Gerontological Society, and local chapters of Houston’s Continuity of Care.
LORETTA GOGGINS, RN, BSN
ALTERNATE ADMINISTRATOR
Loretta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Northern Illinois University. She served as a nurse manager of a hospital medical-surgical unit and was responsible for the performance, staffing and orientation of staff. Loretta has additional experience in oncology, nursing home, home health, quality management, patient education and school nursing.

Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Texas A&M University at Prairie View. She has been a Nurse Manager for Conroe Urgent Care Clinic and Clinical Manager for a Level 4 Emergency Department at Memorial Hermann Hospital The Woodlands. Her nursing experience includes hospital in the acute care setting and direct patient care.
ISABEL GUERRERO-LOZANO, LMSW-ACP, LPC
LICENSED MASTER SOCIAL WORKER
Isabel holds her Masters degree in Social Work and Psychology from the University of Houston. She has over fifteen years of experience in social services working with children, families, adults and elders. Her professional experience includes home-based social work evaluations and linkage to community resources, family counseling, hospital discharge planning and Case Management. Isabel is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, as well as the Houston Gerontological Society.
CAROL CASHMAN, RN, BSN, MEd
QA/EDUCATION
Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Texas Woman's University. She earned a Masters of Health Education degree from the University of Houston. Carol also served as Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve Army Nurse Corps. She has ten years experience in medical/surgical nursing, specializing in neurosurgical nursing. Carol retired after 28 years teaching health sciences and supervising student internships in all departments of local hospitals. She has recently completed three years in geriatric care management and hospice nursing. Carol enjoys being an educator and staff trainer in the community and home health settings.
GABRIELLE HOWARD
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES MANAGER
Gabrielle has worked in the healthcare field for over eight years. Her background includes working for various physicians ranging in specialty from orthopedics to rheumatology as well as care coordination in home health. Gabrielle handles human resources and all office administration. In addition, she manages client schedules and accounts receivable.
CHRISTINA BARCLAY
CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Christina has worked in the healthcare field for over 5 years. Her background includes working in private home healthcare as a caregiver and also as a private duty sitter in various nursing home facilities and hospitals. She is also a Medical Assistant. Christina's responsibilities consist of weekly patient scheduling and daily caregiver scheduling. Her goal is to ensure that all of our clients' caregiving needs are met as needed.
ELENA FERNANDEZ
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/INTERPRETER
Elena has several years of administrative experience, many in the medical field. Elena handles the reception and administrative tasks in the office, as well as interpreting for clients and staff when needed.
